It was dark when my granddaughter came in the door with a small package in her hand. 2 Comments ElaineCharton on December 15, 2016 at 3:05 am Peace Matters can mean many tings. Fourteen years ago, we moved her from the east coast. As we drove through New Mexico on our way to Tucson. About six months later my in laws visited. My mother in law said to me "You two look happier than I've seen in a long time. I told her importantly we were at peace. We were in a place where we felt peace, we felt calmness We didn't have all the stresses we had when we lied back east, Now we have the peace to be ourselves to live how we want and to feel at peace. Peace matters because without peace you can not live a full life.BTW After 12 years of trying I finally sold my first book, six months after leaving New Jersey. Our quality of life does depend on feeling at peace with ourselved and our life. Thank you for sharing your story!!! Reply Submit a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
