Thanks, Sarah! I love my beads also…and, I'm one of those people who does best with bits and pieces of recognition for making progress. I get compliments of the beads so it is a conversation starter. And, having the pin on my name badge for my first 5 years as a member? It makes it so easy to start a conversation with someone with 2, 3, 4, or even 5 beads! Much better than "what do you write?" although that is appropriate also.
