The Sacred Women's Circle (my own and my series) are dear to my heart. Heather does a lot of research so it is anatomically correct. There are various ways to find out which animal is your totem. I talk about them over the next couple of weeks. There is a more formal process but also, you can tell which animal(s) is most likely to be that because of how you feel around them.
